DR. JACQUELINE LUIPRESIDENT

Jackie is based in Hong Kong and has drafted and prosecuted patent cases worldwide for multinational firms, publicly listed companies and startup companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and North America. Besides her own bio/pharma specialization, Dr. Lui also has considerable IP experience in the areas of materials science, medical devices, internet, mechanical and chemical engineering. She specializes in international patent prosecution and has been involved in advising clients on strategic planning, rights procurement, portfolio management, technology transfer, due diligence and enforcement for almost 20 years. From 2015 to 2017, Jackie was recognized as one of the World’s Leading Patent Firms & Individuals by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM). In 2018, she was recognized as one of the Top 250 Women in IP by IP Stars 2018/2019, Managing IP.

Jackie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
