Bonnie is a US Patent Agent with experience in patent prosecution, searching, and examination. Her areas of expertise include cancer therapeutics and diagnostics, biopharmaceuticals, molecular and cell biology, biomedical devices, and agricultural biology.
Prior to joining Eagle IP, Bonnie worked as a Patent Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), specializing in the examination of patent applications relating to polymerase chain reaction and sequencing methods and devices. Bonnie also worked as a patent analyst with a U.S.-based patent firm, examining multidisciplinary life science patent applications as part of the International Search Authority (ISA) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Bonnie has a B.Sc. degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from The University of Hong Kong and a M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from New York University.
