Bill is a qualified Chinese Patent Attorney and handles the prosecution of patent applications in a wide ranges of technology areas including biology, chemistry and medical devices.

Prior to joining Eagle IP, Bill worked as a scientist at the City University of Hong Kong and the University of Würzburg, Germany. His previous research included investigating telomeres and telomerase at the City University of Hong Kong and researching melanoma at Würzburg University.

Bill’s areas of expertise include genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, and biotechnology.

His working languages are English and Cantonese.
