Hebe is a qualified Chinese Patent Attorney with over 15 years’ experience. Hebe particularly has extensive experience in patent drafting and prosecution, having drafted and/or prosecuted over 500 patent cases. She also represents clients in patent re-examinations and invalidations before the CNIPA (China National Intellectual Property Administration, formerly SIPO).

Before joining Eagle IP, Hebe worked as a patent attorney at Guangdong Guanghe Law Firm in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. Prior to her time in Shenzhen, Hebe worked for over six years as IP Department Leader at a medical device company in Suzhou, Jiangsu province.

Hebe has a unique blend of technical and legal training, between her bio-medical engineering degree at Chanzhi Medical College to her Masters in Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University in China.

Hebe’s areas of expertise include biomedical engineering, chemical processing technology, medical devices, mechanical and electrical engineering, machinery, software, smartphones, and communication technology.

Her working languages are English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
